Date Reservation:

• To secure your preferred date, we require a 50% security deposit. This deposit is non-refundable and guarantees your reservation. The remaining 50% will be automatically charged 1 month before your scheduled departure.

Cancellations and Refunds:

• Cancellations with more than 1 month notice: 100% of payments made will be refunded, excluding the security deposit.

• Cancellations with more than 2 weeks before the tour date: 50% of payments will be refunded, excluding the security deposit.

• Cancellations with 1 week or less notice: No refunds will be issued.

Weather Conditions: Tour Safety:

• In situations where adverse weather conditions are not safe to conduct the tour, Aqua Boat Club reserves the right to cancel the activity.

• Tour Rescheduling: If the tour is canceled due to adverse weather conditions, we commit to reschedule it based on client availability, boat availability, and club management. Aqua Boat Club will make every effort to find an alternative date that fits the client's needs and preferences.

• Responsibilities: We do not assume responsibility for expenses resulting from illnesses, weather conditions, strikes, acts of nature, local laws, or similar circumstances affecting the reservation with Aqua Boat Club and its clients.

• Special Diets: All menus can be customized to your preferences and dietary needs (diabetic restrictions, allergies, and others) if notified and quoted at least 1 week in advance of the event. Special

• Event Setups: We are also delighted and equipped to organize special event setups on the beach and at sea, including lunches, dinners, weddings, concerts, and others, regardless of your group size or arrival boat. Our team is dedicated to ensuring your event is unique and satisfying. From food arrangement to ambiance, we will ensure every detail is carefully planned and executed to exceed your expectations.
